Hi, I’m Victoria.
My career path has been full of twists and turns and I’ve learned a lot along the way.
At 24, I walked away from an offer to attend medical school at Western University to pursue a creative career. I navigated unchartered waters, sat with my feelings, and worked some retail jobs before landing in the wonderful world of marketing. After a few years honing my skills at Canadian e-commerce brand, Knix, I struck out on my own and began freelancing.
In 2021, I launched Saltwater Agency where I am focused on sustainably building an environment where both our employees and clients can thrive. I’m a recovering perfectionist and overachiever who learned the hard way that putting the pedal to the metal for years on end is not a great way to grow a business or create a life you love.
Through my work I discovered that what I’m most passionate about is helping others build businesses that give them freedom to live life on their own terms. I’m launching this coaching program because I want to help more people do just that.
